Transformation Delivery Lead

Warwick (with travel to Sheffield, London & other substation locations)

Hybrid Working | 2 days per week onsite
Rare: Circa £600 per day via Umbrella Co.
Are you ready to lead transformative change and help shape the future of infrastructure delivery? We're looking for a Transformation Delivery Lead to join our Digital, Transformation & Change team and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic goals through large-scale change initiatives.
What you'll do:
* Plan, manage, and execute transformation projects from initiation to closure.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes aligned with our transformation roadmap.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, securing buy-in and embedding change.
* Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, business cases, and success measures.
* Drive governance, risk management, and resource planning to ensure smooth execution.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings, fostering collaboration and transparency.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
* Familiarity with digital transformation, Agile methodologies, and tools like Mural.
* Construction or infrastructure experience is a plus.
