We are seeking a committed and caring Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated Early Years team on a fixed term basis from 1st September 2025 – 31st May 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to support our youngest learners during their crucial early development, helping to lay the foundations for a lifetime of learning. You will support children’s learning, play, and development within our Outstanding nursery, helping to create a safe and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. You’ll build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, assist in planning engaging activities, observe and record children’s progress, and contribute to the smooth and effective running of the nursery as part of our dedicated Early Years team.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent);
* Has experience working with young children in a nursery or Early Years setting;
* Is warm, patient, and passionate about supporting children’s learning and development;
* Communicates effectively with children and adults and can build positive relationships;
* Understands the importance of safeguarding, health and safety, and confidentiality;
* Is reliable, flexible, and ready to contribute to a hardworking, friendly team.
