The role


The Social Media & Content Manager will lead the execution of integrated social media, content, and creator campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.


This role sits at the core of our team, driving the activation of bold and innovative ideas for our clients. You will work closely with the Account Manager and Managing Director to deliver best-in-class campaigns across multiple channels.


With a true flair for social algorithms and a passion for staying ahead of emerging trends, you will own social planning, posting, trend and idea research, content production, creator collaborations and reports, ensuring that every aspect of our projects aligns with overarching campaign goals and objectives while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Management


Develop and execute integrated social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms based on strategy and audience insights.

Develop and maintain monthly posting calendars and weekly content plans.

Post regularly across platforms, maintaining a consistent and impactful brand voice.

Contribute to social trends and audience research to shape our strategies.

Collaborate with the team to define campaign aesthetics and visual identity.

Shape campaign messaging in alignment with client goals and target audience insights.

Write engaging captions based on tone of voice and conduct hashtag and sound research to maximise reach.

Engage with audiences and communities by liking and replying to comments to foster growth.

Set up and manage platform tools like TikTok Business Manager for boosted posts, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, and YouTube monetization features.

Develop promotional campaigns tied to these tools and oversee their execution.

Analyse performance metrics, create reports with actionable insights and adjust strategies to optimise results.

Participate in weekly client check-ins, strategy calls, and post-approval discussions.


Content Production


Editing of video and photo content, optimised for social platforms.

Plan and oversee content production schedules alongside the Account Manager, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video and photo assets.

Ensure all content aligns with campaign strategy and posting schedules.

Shooting 'social-first' video and photo on iPhone.


Creator Collaborations


Research and compile target creator lists for collaboration opportunities.

Identify and secure creator partnerships that align with campaign objectives.

Develop clear collaboration offerings and define content deliverables for creators.

Manage agreements, oversee deliverables, and maintain strong relationships with creators.

Coordinate with clients to ensure logistical and operational support.


Skills and experience


4+ years of experience in social media management and creator partnerships for brand campaigns, ideally within an agency.

You have a strong eye for creativity and detail, spotting opportunities to elevate assets and copy to deliver the highest quality content focused or social media.

Proven ability to drive views, engagement and growth for a brand account using trends and forward-thinking content ideas.

Knowledge of key social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and emerging digital trends.

Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work autonomously to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client-facing experience.

Proficient in design software Adobe Suite, Premier Pro, DaVinci, Canva and social media in-app video editing software.

Exhibits a growth mindset with regards to feedback and is keen to grow within the agency.


Location: London-based with a hybrid office setup; shoot attendance required.

Employment Type: Full-time.
