Job Title: Outreach SEN Tutor Location: East of England, Essex, Tiptree Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide English and Maths tutoring to Key Stage 3 students Deliver outreach support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Create individualised learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students Monitor and assess student progress regularly Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure student success Required Qualifications: Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with students with SEN Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for English and Maths at Key Stage 3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role Knowledge and Skills: Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Knowledge of various teaching strategies and techniques Excellent classroom management skills Proficient in using assessment tools to evaluate student progress Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in learners homes or local libraries Collaborative work with school staff, parents, and external agencies All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
