Our client, a Top 50 London-based firm, is seeking a construction disputes lawyer for a contract lasting 6-12 months, with the potential for permanence. Immediate or short-notice availability is required due to the start date.
The team represents a diverse client base, including public and private sector entities such as local authorities, NHS trusts, educational institutions, funders, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
The role involves adjudication, litigation, and arbitration, providing advice on disputes related to industry-standard construction contracts like JCT and NEC.
Candidates should be qualified in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction (e.g., Australia, New Zealand) with over 2 years of PQE in construction disputes. Experience at a leading City, international, or top-tier regional firm is highly desirable.
