Overview
The National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) will transform the future of rehabilitation for people who have experienced injury or illness. Opening in Summer 2025, the NRC will be a new, purpose-built 70-bed facility on the Stanford Hall Rehabilitation Estate near Loughborough. It is co-located with the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre and will share some world-class rehabilitation facilities. An academic partnership led by the University of Nottingham and Loughborough University will embed research, innovation, and training in rehabilitation at the NRC and central to clinical practice.
We are looking for an ambitious and dedicated occupational therapist to join this journey to rehabilitation excellence, transforming outcomes for patients. If you are successful, you will become a key part of shaping the service going forwards and contribute, with other professional colleagues, to the delivery of the future of rehabilitation. The role offers the opportunity to work in a brand-new, purpose-built rehabilitation environment, with CPD and development opportunities.
This role will require the successful candidate to work at the New National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) and in our existing services across NUH while the centre is being built.
