About The Role
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive processing and administrative support for the People Team at ARO Technology. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries from employees and partners. You will work collaboratively with other members of the people team across all key functions and demonstrate the ARO Technology core values.
Confidently manage HR activities end-to-end and support the People Team as the organization grows, helping deliver ARO Technology's purpose: to provide a modern workplace environment filled with engaged, energetic, positive, and curious people with opportunities to grow, develop, and learn. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where we enable people and technology to achieve extraordinary things together.
Objectives of the Role
1. Provide full administrative support across defined group areas
2. Assist in delivering various people team projects
3. Support the finance team with the monthly payroll process
Note: This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 3 days a week in Ewloe.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line generalist support to employees and managers on HR issues
* Support the finance team in the monthly payroll submission process
* Maintain employee benefits records and portals, liaising with providers
* Maintain personnel records in our HR platform, including onboarding, leavers, and ad hoc changes
* Manage and enhance our HR platform, including creating policies and generating reports
* Collaborate with the wider People Team on various projects
* Review and create HR processes and documents as needed
* Manage employee lifecycle administration, including leavers
* Coordinate annual tasks such as salary reviews, holiday trading, and Gender Pay Gap reporting
* Generate HR reports and support audits
Requirements
Essential
* Experience in a busy administrative role managing an HR inbox
* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
* Experience with HR software systems
* Payroll administration experience (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Structured and methodical approach
* Ability to work independently and in a team

* CIPD Level 3 qualification
