Job Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative support within the team, organising clinic appointments, maintaining electronic records, and acting as a first point of contact for staff and service users.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support within the team.
* Organise clinic appointments and manage electronic records of service users.
* Act as the first point of contact for staff and service users, handling requests and queries.
* Manage team mailboxes and phone lines, processing referrals.
* Schedule assessment and treatment bookings.
* Support operational activities and supervise Band 2 administration staff as required.

Person Specification – Skills & Abilities
* Good IT skills (MS Office, etc.).
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education & Qualifications
* Educated to GCE/GCSE standard.
* Good command of written English.
Experience
* Experience in a busy, customer‑facing office environment.
* Experience planning and organising workload and supervising staff within own span of control.
* Proficiency using computer programmes and health‑care IT systems.
* Previous NHS office environment experience.
* Understanding of confidentiality and patient data protection.
