The HomeManager is responsible for the care, management, and profitability of the Home in accordance with Maria Mallaband Care Group policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
This role includes the efficient daily operation of the Home, developing personalized services for residents and their loved ones, managing staff, and fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders. It is a key role within Social Care.
All management roles offer a competitive salary plus a bonus based on KPIs, to be discussed at interview.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of the role location.
Relocating Home Managers can benefit from a £2000 relocation package (T&Cs apply).
About You:
We seek a Home Manager with the following skills, qualifications, and experience:
* Experience as a registered Home Manager is desirable but not essential.
* A committed and organized approach.
* Excellent communication skills with experience in leading and motivating staff.
