An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and reputable law firm based in Preston. This role is ideally suited to a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision and is looking to take on a key position within a supportive and growing team.
The firm has a strong presence in the local market and a loyal client base, offering high-quality legal services across a broad range of private client matters. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an ambitious and capable individual to contribute to the ongoing success of the department.
The Role:
* Managing a varied and high-quality caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and trusts
* Handling files from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
* Providing clear, practical, and tailored legal advice to clients
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
* Working closely with colleagues while also taking ownership of your own matters
* Playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the private client department
* Opportunity to get involved in networking and business development activities
The Candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-6 years' PQE in private client work
* Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters
* Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive and ambitious approach, with a desire to progress long-term
