Job Description:
The Doctoral Partnerships Administrator works closely with staff at Imperial, King’s College London, and Queen Mary University London, playing a central role in administering the London Interdisciplinary Social Science Doctoral Training Programme (LISS DTP).
This role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to collaborate across Imperial departments, supporting social science initiatives and connecting with LISS partner institutions to contribute to the success of the DTP.
You will be the first point of contact for Imperial’s LISS DTP students, representing the team, answering queries, sharing information and advice proactively, and providing administrative support such as processing expense claims and booking travel.
You will liaise with faculty and support staff at Imperial and partner institutions to share information, provide updates and reports, and organize events and meetings.
Additionally, you will assist the Business School Doctoral Programme Team and colleagues with the administration of visiting researchers, including processing applications, enrollments, and welcoming new researchers. Support during busy periods will also be required.
Dedicated to providing high-quality support to Doctoral programmes, you should be confident in working collaboratively across departments and demonstrate the ability to support various stakeholders.
Applicants should be organized administrators with keen attention to detail and strong communication skills, ideally gained through higher education experience. While a team player, self-motivation to work independently is essential.

* Interest-free season ticket loans for travel.
* Being part of a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work culture with resources to support your personal and professional growth.
