Internship/Year in Industry in Real Estate Management Location(s): Swindon, Wiltshire, GB, SN5 6PB We are looking for either an intern, or a Year in Industry student to join us and launch a career in surveying with their first step in real estate and property management! We are willing to consider those looking for a student internship starting ASAP, or also a year in industry placement starting in the summer of 2026. The internship can be of a duration of your choosing between 3 and 12 months – we are flexible! About the role Property Management – advice and estate management services throughout the property lifecycle (acquisition, Implementation, Occupation & Closure) Lease Management – discharge of lease obligations & strategic planning Lettings, Lease renewals & rent reviews – negotiation of terms and instruction of legal through to completion Transactions undertaken on behalf of clients may involve significant sums of both capital and revenue and/or long term commitments and liabilities (25 year leases, 80 year easements/rights) Appointment and management of specialist consultants as required Provision of advice to internal companies Coordination with legal and other internal departments on property issues Health & Safety – working with internal colleagues to ensure compliance, audit and continuous performance improvements are met Job Requirements and Experience Willingness to travel throughout the UK Degree educated preferable in law or a science Some health and safety experience. Having qualifications such as IOSH would be hugely advantageous.
