Who we are and what is important to us:
Beyond unifies three technology-driven brands, Wonde, Evouchers and Secure Schools.
Each brand shares a vision to reduce the friction of adapting technology, to help customers navigate an often overwhelming area and provide powerful solutions that make their everyday life easier.
The three brands run independently with the autonomy to continue to prosper although as part of the Beyond team, you'll join a wider, supportive environment where you'll be able to pull on the expertise and capabilities of the group.
We do not limit ourselves to standing still. We look ahead and strive to disrupt the sector we operate in. We believe technology should not be complicated or overwhelming. It should do what it says - quickly, safely and efficiently.
Who Evouchers is:
At Evouchers, our desire to provide effective, simple solutions for our customers drives our innovation forward.
We specialise in assisting local authorities, housing associations, schools, and charities in disbursing funds for essential support and welfare services directly to where they're needed most.
Our Evouchers platform is a simple, efficient payment platform, providing organisations with a seamless method to distribute vouchers for free school meals, the Holiday Activities and Food program, household essentials, energy vouchers, and much more.
Dedicated to facilitating quick and easy access to support within communities, we are unwavering in our commitment to making a positive impact.
Job snapshot:
We're looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Evouchers' marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for creating and managing multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, acquisition, and retention across key audiences, including schools, local authorities, and charities.
You'll work closely with our product, sales, and operations teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives that drive business growth. From shaping value propositions and managing multi-channel content, to strengthening our brand voice and leading on social and PR activity, you'll be central to how we communicate the Evouchers story.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, acquisition, and retention
* Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, delivering projects on time and within budget — including email campaigns, digital content, social media, website development, case studies, exhibitions, and more
* Create and manage content across all platforms (web, print, blogs, social media, newsletters, intranet), ensuring consistent tone, voice, and brand alignment. Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations, and digital executive to ensure a joined-up marketing strategy that supports business and product goals
* Partner with the Product Manager to define and communicate value propositions for existing and future offerings
* Use customer insights and competitor analysis to shape messaging, improve campaign effectiveness, and stay ahead of market trends
* Manage and mentor the Communications and Engagement Officer, providing strategic guidance and overseeing workload prioritisation
* Support customer journey initiatives by delivering tailored marketing activities for schools, local authorities, charities, and other key partners
* Manage social media strategy and engagement, enhancing brand presence and generating leads
* Act as brand guardian for Evouchers, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications
* Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives, including Trustpilot, Google reviews, and the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process
* Support internal teams with marketing expertise to help generate leads, win new business, and retain customers
* Raise brand visibility through press releases, award entries, and external PR opportunities
* Coordinate and prioritise inbound marketing requests, balancing business needs and impact
Requirements
What we're hoping you'll bring:
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns tailored to specific audiences, aligned with broader business objectives
* Experience in tech and/or SaaS environments, ideally within a startup or scale-up setting
* Marketing qualifications (e.g. CIM, or equivalent) are desirable and would be an advantage
* Public sector experience or an understanding of working with government, education, or local authority clients is highly desirable
* Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Confident working cross-functionally with product, sales, and operational teams to deliver integrated marketing activity
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance using marketing automation and analytics tools. Demonstrable experience across core marketing competencies, including campaign planning, content creation, digital marketing, and brand development
* Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic, with the confidence to take initiative and drive activity forward independently
* Highly organised and capable of prioritising work effectively to meet defined objectives and deadlines
* A strong team player, comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different teams and organisations
