Job Title: Engineering Manager Role Summary: The Engineering Manager will oversee technical and engineering functions across multi-disciplinary teams for the development and implementation of large-scale engineering projects. The role ensures engineering integrity and compliance with industry standards throughout the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Technical Oversight: Lead and manage engineering disciplines including mechanical, electrical, civil, and process engineering. Approve designs, specifications, and technical documentation. Execution & Collaboration: Serve as technical authority across project phases. Support procurement and integration of process solutions. Resolve inter-disciplinary technical conflicts. Risk Management: Lead HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and LOPA studies. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Construction & Commissioning Support: Oversee construction alignment with design specs. Approve site and factory testing (FAT/SAT). Support smooth operational handover. Documentation & Improvement: Develop engineering standards and procedures. Ensure accurate as-built documentation. Collaborate with R&D for design innovation. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Electrical, etc.); Master’s preferred. 15 years in process plant engineering with 5 years working with EPC contractors. Expertise in process safety and engineering regulations. Strong leadership and technical problem-solving skills. Work Model: Hybrid; travel to project sites as required.
