An award winning, professional, employee focused law firm based in Birmingham City Centre are seeking a detail-orientated, proactive individual for a HR Business Partner role, on a full time permanent basis. If you have solid HR experience, a genuine passion for working within HR and a desire to develop and grow professionally, then this may be the role for you!
You will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be an integral part of the HR team and will be responsible for a complex HR caseload, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure the people element of the business is always at the forefront. Your duties could include but are not limited to;- Working closely with the HR coordinator to offer clear HR advice / coaching- Support on the development of HR policies, procedures and systems- Being a point of access for the HR lead to delegate HR project implementation- Promote and encourage a positive employee experience- Contribute towards the development of the HR team and the wider firm- Be the HR representative on projects within the wider firmThe successful candidate will possess solid HR experience at a senior level and must be CIPD level 7 qualified. Previous experience within SME to medium sized businesses is preferable.
