Senior Finance Business Partner / Head of Finance Biggin Hill (4 days on‑site, 1 day from home) £80,000-£85,000 bonus benefits A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Business Partner to take a key leadership role within a fast‑growing, high‑performing organisation in Biggin Hill. This position acts as the senior finance lead on site, partnering closely with operational leadership, shaping financial strategy, and guiding a dedicated finance team. This is far more than a traditional FBP role - it requires a confident, influential finance leader who can build strong relationships, challenge constructively, and set the tone for financial governance across the operation. For the right person, there is clear progression into a broader Head of Finance remit.
