We're looking for a Senior Psychotherapist to join our growing Clinical Team and play a key role in delivering life-changing therapeutic support within our residential services. What You'll Do Lead, support and inspire our Clinical Team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic care. Provide clinical supervision and guidance, helping others develop and shine. Hold a small caseload, delivering trauma-informed therapy and specialist interventions. Shape and deliver training that builds confidence, skill and understanding across our teams. What We're Looking For Experience: 5 years working with children and young people, ideally those who are looked-after. Strong grounding in trauma-informed approaches. Skills: Excellent safeguarding knowledge, confident in risk assessment, and well-versed in therapeutic frameworks. Clear communicator and able to work flexibly. Qualifications: Masters-level therapy qualification and registration with BACP / UKCP / HCPC. Attributes: Empathic, resilient, reflective and committed to making a difference.
