Partnership Manager, CEE/IL at HiBob

HiBob’s HR platform is intuitive, data-driven, and built for today’s work styles: globally, remotely, and collaboratively. We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to help build one of the fastest growing programs at the company: Partnerships. You will recruit new HR Advisory partners, grow and manage a book of business, and generate revenue through partner referrals.
What will you do?
* Drive aggressive growth in the Central and Eastern Europe region through consistent and thoughtful partner engagement strategies.
* Recruit and manage a pipeline of net new partners: from HR Consultancies, Advisory partners, HRIS experts, System Integrators and Employment Services businesses.
* Ensure partner success in the first 90 days and beyond as they onboard and become productive revenue-driving partners.
* Develop and execute a long-term strategy for managing and growing a portfolio of partner accounts.
* Work with Tech Partner managers to leverage existing relationships with integration partners to tap into their channel partner networks.
* Become an expert in presenting the value of our Partner Program and continuously refine recruitment approaches.
* Identify and prioritize the right partners for the program, focusing on the CEE and IL priority markets.
* Establish and maintain regular engagement cadences with existing partners to foster pipeline growth and keep HiBob top of mind.
* Organize and host partner engagement and marketing activities (e.g., lunch & learns, co-marketing campaigns, webinars) to deepen relationships and drive net new business.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and customer success to ensure a seamless experience for new partners and their clients.
* Create and deliver presentations to communicate the impact and requirements of the HiBob Partner Program to key stakeholders and drive execution.
Requirements
* 8+ years of Partner Management experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
* Direct experience in the Central and Eastern Europe region
* Ideal candidate will have local language capability or skills
* Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle (from lead submission to closed won) and owning a revenue target
* Experience in HR tech related industry - huge plus
* Comfortable with ambiguity and building a partner book of business from scratch
* Capable of leading external client or partner conversations with executives
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
* Willingness to travel as required
Location & Capacity
We will consider candidates located in DACH, Poland or UK to work in a hybrid or remote capacity (depending on location).
