We are seeking an experienced Business Central Specialist to support and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform, with a specific focus on food manufacturing operations and Accounts Payable automation using Continia Document Capture or similar tools. You'll play a central role in improving operational efficiency by optimizing system functionality across procurement, production, finance, and compliance workflows. The successful candidate will bring a wide range of experience and skills and be able to combine them with a high attention to detail, enthusiasm, and curiosity. Responsibilities: -Lead and support Business Central configuration and enhancements across finance, purchasing, inventory, production, and quality control specific to food manufacturing. -Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline AP processes using Continia Document Capture or similar AP automation tools. -Maintain and improve integrations between Business Central and third-party solutions (e.g., warehouse management systems, quality tracking tools). Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. -Support the configuration of food manufacturing-specific features, such as batch tracking, lot management, shelf life control, and traceability. -Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to reflect production and regulatory KPIs. Deliver user training, documentation, and change management for new features or processes. -Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Business Central and its integrated systems. Monitor data integrity, system performance, and support routine updates and maintenance. -Assist with finance operations support including AP/AR, general ledger, and cost accounting as it relates to ERP configuration.
