Pay and Hours
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.02 an hour; this increases to £13.15 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
It’s our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We are happy to support flexibility and would love to hear from you.
Work Schedule and Flexibility
The table shows the preferred availability times, and your shifts will be scheduled within these periods. You will receive 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility, so if your available times closely match but not exactly align with our advertised times, we still encourage you to apply.
