The Role:
As Senior Email Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of email across multiple brands — leading strategy, execution, and optimisation. You’ll manage a talented team, deliver best-in-class campaigns, and push personalisation, automation, and retention to the next level. From lifecycle journeys to campaign performance, this is your chance to build and scale something brilliant.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead multi-brand email strategy across promotional and triggered comms
* Champion personalisation, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
* Manage and develop a small, high-performing email team
* Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery — from creative through to testing and reporting
* Drive insight-led optimisation to improve engagement and LTV
* Maintain high standards across deliverability, compliance, and brand
Your Experience
* Solid track record in email marketing within a commercial, fast-paced environment
* Hands-on with HTML and ESPs (SFMC, Braze, Dotdigital, etc.)
* Strong in segmentation, personalisation, and lifecycle journeys
* Confident with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI would be useful
* Excellent communicator with sharp project management skills
* Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and value
