** Office Administrator / Customer Services **

* IMMEDIATE START & INTERVIEWS
* Location: Rural office near Cranleigh (must be able to drive)
* Full time office-based role

Our client is looking for a full‑time Office Administrator / Customer Services professional to join a friendly team. This role offers the opportunity to develop into a more specialised function over time.


The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to support the smooth running of our customer service and operations function. You will be responsible for processing quotations, raising purchase orders, managing deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities include:

* Processing customer quotations and purchase orders
* Managing delivery schedules and liaising with suppliers
* Setting up new product references on Sage and Excel (including list prices, costs, and customer discounts)
* Maintaining accurate documentation and internal records
* Providing excellent customer service to contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

This is a varied role that requires accuracy, organisation, and strong communication skills.


Skills & Experience

* Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and suppliers
* High attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Confident, proactive, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
* Experience using Sage or a similar ERP/finance system
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or order processing
* Understanding of pricing models or product data management
