About You:

* Passionate about SEN: You are enthusiastic about working with children with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other complex learning difficulties.
* Skilled in Differentiation: You know how to adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of your students, enabling them to achieve their full potential.
* Positive and Nurturing: You are patient, caring, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with your students.
* Collaborative Team Player: You enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, support staff, and fellow teachers.
* Proactive and Resilient: You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at managing challenging behaviour with a calm, supportive approach.

About our school:

The school is a rapidly growing specialist provision that caters to students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), many of whom have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education. It focuses on delivering a holistic approach to learning, integrating academic, emotional, and social development to support the diverse needs of its pupils.
