As a member of the school team you will be expected to work with pupils, colleagues and parents. We require candidates to have experience in working with young people and to be committed to supporting, encouraging and including all children in achieving their potential. To be appointed at Grade D: You should have a good general standard education, including evidence of competency in literacy and numeracy, and will be required to achieve an SCQF level 5 qualification, e.g., SVQ2, NC or PDA relevant to additional support for learning within 3 years of taking up post. To be appointed at Grade E: You should hold an SCQF level 5 qualification, e.g., SVQ2, NC or PDA relevant to additional support for learning.
