The role
As Workshop Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of technicians, ensuring work is carried out safely, to the right quality standards and in line with production requirements.
You will be responsible for planning workloads, managing resources and maintaining a structured, organised workshop environment. Your leadership will directly influence productivity, quality and team morale.
What you will be doing
You will:
* Lead and motivate a team of technicians to deliver work safely, efficiently and to a high standard
* Manage production schedules so customer and business requirements are met
* Monitor labour, materials and equipment to ensure cost-effective workshop operation
* Ensure full compliance with health and safety, quality and operating procedures
* Identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of approved changes
