Marketing Executive HYBRID / LOCATION (1 - 2 days/week in the office) SALARY: £35,000 Times Higher Education is the data provider underpinning university excellence in every continent across the world. About the role: As the Marketing and Partnerships Executiv e you will take ownership of all marketing aspects, working to develop & consolidate our regional portfolio of client s; universities and government bodies, with in the higher sector throughout Europe and the UK. Y our predominant focus will be on build ing aw areness of Times Higher Education ’s commercial services within three core business verticals – Data & Analytics, Digital Products and Events. This role is perfect for a passionate, hard - working individual seeking to join a rapidly growing company. Based i n London or Madrid, this role provid es Marketin g & Partnerships support to our regional team based in London and Madrid. Additionally, this highly collaborative role works closely with our commercial, marketing, data, editorial a nd event teams across the world. Th e position will empower you to grow your strategic marketing skil l s, optimise your ability to drive new partnerships and build strong relationships with clients. The company achieves high customer satisfaction levels, an d thus the Marketing & Partnerships Executive must possess exceptional interaction skills, clear communication methods, a strong sense of integrity, and a personable nature in order to deliver a sup erb client experience. Key activities Direct Marketing: - Leverage direct marketing channels to target new customers and drive loyalty for existing customers. - Plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns (email/database marketing) in line with corporate identity to increase brand awareness and market sh are. Website & Social Media Management: - Research and recommend new regionally relevant social media channels. - Oversee the running and effective communication of all relevant social marketing channels. Continuously monitor data and optimize strategies for b etter penetration rates. - Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and activities Editorial & Design Support: - Content planning, coordination and generation in collaboration with Editorial. - Design creatives (web) that clearly communicate our bran d and value proposition for our business development teams and advertising stakeholders in c ollaboration with Design. Marketing Intelligence: - Intel ligence gathering and dissemination via team meetings and management reports. - Deliver recommendations and insights on state of play in the higher education market. Events and operations: - Spearhead marketing initiatives around THE events run in Europe and The UK. Skills & Experience Needed : • Ability to b uild a network of key contacts within the higher educati on sector • Advanced written, verbal communication & presentation skills • Strong commercial orientation • Proactive, flexible, motivated and results - oriented approach • A bility to build relationships with a wide range of personalities, abilities and cultures • S t rength in creative thinking including the ability to c onceptualise, d evelop and present partnership opportunities • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Clear understanding of business goals and global data strategy • Ability to work to dead lines in a fast - paced environment Desirable Skills : • Knowledge of the Highe r Education sector • A European language would be an advantage but not essential • Content creation and management experience is an advantage You do You You do You.
