We have an exciting opportunity for Band 3 Health Care Assistants with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification to join the team at one of our off‑site satellite units in Oldham.
As part of the Renal Managed Clinical Network for the West of Greater Manchester, we have Haemodialysis services based at the Oldham satellite unit.
Key Responsibilities
You will need to demonstrate an understanding of caring for patients with complex long‑term conditions and a clear commitment to providing high‑quality care.
A team player willing to learn in this area of nursing, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Skills
Band 3 Health Care Assistants with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, a commitment to high quality patient care, teamwork, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
As per Agenda for Change, the starting salary for a new NHS employee will be £24,937, the minimum Band 3 salary point from 1st April 2025. This salary point is below the new minimum threshold for sponsorship, and therefore not eligible for sponsorship.
