Assistant Spa Manager, £31,200 per annum (£15.00 per hour), 40 hours per week (5 days)
Do you have the drive to coach, inspire and support your team and club members?
In this role you will support the Spa Manager with Health and Safety, ensuring the smooth running of the Spa facilities. You will assist in creating strategic direction for the Spa and drive membership sales to grow the business, coaching and pushing the team to achieve targets. Keeping the membership base enticed and engaged is a key part of the role, ensuring regular interaction and activities with existing members. We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days – this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
