Who We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you must: Be educated to degree level (or equivalent). Have excellent communication, adaptability, and classroom presence. Be confident managing groups of students and maintaining positive behaviour. Have a genuine interest in education and supporting young people. Be able to commit to the role for at least one academic term. Be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references.
