Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Software Engineers and AI Specialists. Define and deliver an AI development roadmap aligned with business strategy. Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, testing, and DevOps. Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple agile squads. Collaborate with Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams to integrate AI-driven features and systems. Foster a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation. Track performance metrics, ensuring delivery efficiency and product quality. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in engineering or development management, ideally within data or AI-focused environments. Strong technical background in modern cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Understanding of AI/ML frameworks, data pipelines, and modern application architectures. Experience leading cross-functional agile teams in a fast-paced environment. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring skills. Desirable Skills: Exposure to AI model lifecycle management, MLOps, or data engineering. Experience in scaling engineering teams and delivering enterprise-level digital solutions. Background in financial services, SaaS, or large-scale digital transformation projects.
