You will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales to execute data-driven programs that engage target audiences and convert interest into qualified pipeline. Youll oversee core performance marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
* Define and implement the end-to-end demand generation strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets.
* Own the marketing-sourced pipeline goal and optimise for CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel health.
* Lead and mentor a high-calibre team of paid media, campaign, and lifecycle specialists.
Campaign Planning & Execution
* Plan and execute multi-channel, integrated campaigns that align with key business priorities and revenue goals.
* Partner with Product Marketing and Brand to align messaging, creative, and campaign themes.
* Drive campaign performance across all funnel stages from awareness and engagement through to MQL and SQL conversion.
Paid Media
* Own the media strategy and oversee paid channels, including search, social, display, and retargeting.
* Test and iterate continuously on creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximise channel efficiency and effectiveness.
SEO
* Own the SEO strategy to improve rankings, drive high-intent organic traffic, and support pipeline growth.
* Collaborate with content, web, and brand teams to optimise on-page, technical, and off-page SEO improvements.
* Conduct keyword research, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvements across key web properties.
Lifecycle & Nurture
* Develop and optimise lifecycle journeys across our channels, and marketing automation platforms.
* Improve conversion through segmentation, nurture sequencing, and lead scoring.
Analytics & Optimisation
* Collaborate with Marketing Ops to build dashboards and attribution reporting.
* Use data to inform decisions, refine targeting, and improve channel mix effectiveness.
Skills & experience
* Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification.
* 6+ years in B2B marketing, with 2+ years leading a demand generation or growth team.
* Proven track record in delivering qualified pipeline in a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
* Hands-on experience with paid media channels, campaign strategy, and marketing automation tools.
* Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and B2B buying journey.
* Proven SEO wins (traffic + pipeline).
* Data-driven with a test-and-learn mindset.
* Comfortable collaborating with sales, product, and brand teams.
* Experience managing budgets and external agencies.
