Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our dedicated Intensive Care team. As a Staff Nurse in ICU, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care to patients with complex and life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care to critically ill individuals in the ICU.
* Monitor and respond to changes in patients' conditions, administer medications and therapies in line with care plans, and operate advanced medical equipment.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and maintain accurate medical records while adhering to clinical protocols.
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and engage in ongoing professional development to uphold high standards of critical care nursing.
