About the role:
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key part in keeping the team running smoothly by providing day-to-day admin and coordination support. This is a busy, office-based role that suits someone organised, confident on the phone, and happy to follow things up to keep processes moving.
There is no selling involved — this role is all about strong admin support, communication, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering calls from clients and engineers
* Chasing missing information by phone or email
* Managing a shared admin inbox
* Passing information to Sales Coordinators accurately
* Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks
* Working closely with another Sales Admin — you’ll support each other day-to-day
Think of it as being the go-to support person who keeps things moving.
What we’re looking for (Skills Required)
* You don’t need sales experience — we’re looking for someone who is:
o Experienced in admin or customer service
o Comfortable on the phone and speaking to different people
o Organised, switched-on, and able to think for themselves
o Happy chasing information and following things up
o Confident using basic Excel (nothing complicated — we’ll train you)
