Working closely with the Learning Support Team Leader and Additional Learning Support Manager, you’ll make certain that students with learning difficulties and disabilities – including autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and physical or sensory needs – have tailored support that removes barriers to their learning. You will also maintain a hands-on support role with students, leading by example and keeping you closely attuned to learner needs.As a Lead Learning Support Assistant, you’ll coordinate and support a team of LSAs to deliver tailored, inclusive support for students with a range of learning differences and disabilities across college settings. Your role includes guiding support plans, working directly with students in class and through targeted interventions and facilitating students developing in their studies. You’ll help ensure all students can participate in enrichment activities and off-site trips, collaborate with staff to monitor student well-being, and contribute to smooth transitions into, through, and beyond college, all while making a meaningful impact on every learner’s experience and success.Inclusive Vision and New TeamBy joining our colleges, you become part of a forward-thinking trust that places inclusivity at the heart of its mission.
