About the Role
As our Regulatory Manager, you will take ownership of monitoring, managing, and anticipating regulatory compliance requirements, with a particular focus on REACH, food contact regulations, and global chemical compliance.
You’ll work closely with technical, sales, and operations teams to maintain up-to-date registrations and safety documentation, develop strategies to meet new regulations, and act as a trusted point of contact for both internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with global chemical registers (e.g., EU/UK REACH) by maintaining registrations and monitoring requirements.
* Prepare and submit regulatory documentation to relevant authorities within required timelines.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to ensure ongoing compliance with current and emerging regulations.
* Proactively identify upcoming regulatory changes and lead the development of strategies to address them.
* Investigate and resolve compliance issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
* Act as the regulatory liaison for customers, providing expertise and support.
* Manage and maintain chemical data systems, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), labelling, and dangerous goods documentation.
* Ensure products comply with global food contact regulations.
* Collaborate with R&D, procurement, and suppliers to embed compliance into new product development.
* Work closely with global teams to ensure a consistent, group-wide regulatory approach.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance within the chemical manufacturing or formulation industry.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in a science-based discipline such as Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
* 3–5 years’ regulatory leadership experience in a chemical manufacturing or formulation environment.
* Strong knowledge of REACH, food contact compliance, and global regulatory frameworks.
* Experience designing, implementing, and auditing compliance processes and systems.
* Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.
* A strategic thinker with proven compliance risk management expertise.
