The team has a strong technical focus on highways and drainage with projects ranging from small-scale local improvements through to multi-million-pound developments Key Responsibilities Lead the design and technical delivery of highways and infrastructure projects from concept through to detailed design. Produce compliant highway layouts including junction design (roundabouts, signalised junctions, ghost islands and priority junctions). Develop vertical and horizontal alignments, drainage strategies and flood risk assessments. Deliver Section 278 and Section 184 detailed designs and manage technical approvals.
