Project Coordinator – Ryder Cup Team Based - Virginia Water, Surrey Full Time / 3 days in the office Fixed Term Contract to Oct 2027 About Us The European Tour group administers golf’s global Tour, the DP World Tour, the HotelPlanner Tour, the Legends Tour and the G4D Tour (golf for the disabled), as well as golf’s greatest team contest, the Ryder Cup. The Role The Project Coordinator would play a vital role in supporting the Ryder Cup Team by managing documentation, reporting, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This position guarantees that all project records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with organisational standards, enabling efficient delivery and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Documentation Management Create, maintain, and update all project documentation, including plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and governance materials. Ensure version control and proper filing of documents in shared systems. Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Collate data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely reporting on KPIs, milestones, and risks. Administrative Support Oversee the creation of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant materials. Track action items and follow up with team members to ensure timely completion. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all documentation meets organisational standards and audit requirements. Support risk and issue management processes by maintaining logs and updating mitigation plans. Communication & Liaison Act as the central point of contact for documentation and reporting queries within the team. Liaise with internal departments and external partners to gather information and ensure alignment. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to use initiative when responding to enquiries. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent administrative and organisational skills, including time management and multi-tasking ability. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
