We are seeking a highly execution-focused EMEA Go-To-Market Lead to drive pipeline growth across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Germany, and France. Youll design and execute high-impact marketing programs that generate qualified leads and directly support revenue growth across public sector, defence, and other regulated enterprise markets.
Working closely with sales and US-based teams, youll optimise campaigns across multiple channels, accelerate deal cycles, and build strong alignment across regions. This role requires experience navigating complex buying environments and delivering measurable impact in fast-moving, high-accountability settings.
WHAT YOULL BE UP TO
1. Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns aligned to defence sales priorities across EMEA
2. Build campaign plans including target accounts, personas (e.g., CIO, CISO, IT Director, Programme Lead, Procurement), messaging, channels, and KPIs
3. Align marketing activities to public sector budget cycles and funding timelines across key European markets
4. Manage end-to-end campaign execution from planning through optimisation.
5. Own and deliver against pipeline and marketing-generated opportunity (MGO) targets across defence accounts
