A client of mine is looking for Quality Assurance Administrator to work for them in Redhill.
Working a temporary position for an ongoing role.
This is a ongoing contract offering: £12.00 per hour.
Hours: Monday - Friday in the office.
8am - 5pm.

Daily Duties:
4. Manage emails and screen/direct calls appropriately
5. Dealing with stock intakes
6. Dealing with compliance
7. Dealing with the system Sharepoint
8. Uploading and downloading documentation onto Document Control systems.
9. Coordinating delivery onto site
10. Invoices and receipts
11. Dealing with reports and spreadsheets
12. Liasing with people on site
13. Analysing labour actual and timesheets
Skills & Experience:
14. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
15. Graduate experience
16. Knowledge of the construction industry
17. Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
18. Great organisational skills.
19. Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining data.
20. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications as well as experience with managing and maintaining data.
