Job overview

Are you ready to take on a bold, career-defining challenge in 2026? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We’re seeking an experienced, full-time Service Delivery Manager to join our team and make a real impact. In this pivotal role, you’ll strengthen our Critical Care Division by providing dynamic operational leadership and empowering our administrative and clerical teams to deliver their very best.
The successful candidate will have autonomy in managing a team of administrative and housekeeping staff, offering training, support, and guidance to maintain and enhance service levels consistently across our 4 wards. Collaborating closely with nursing and medical leaders, you will oversee environmental aspects and collaborate with the wider Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) on projects and initiatives to enhance our clinical services.
Responsibilities also include dedicated project and administrative support for MDT initiatives, such as organising meetings, taking minutes, and developing action plans. Working in tandem with the counterpart Service Delivery Manager, this role ensures robust administration processes across our 4 Critical Care Units, necessitating cross-site collaboration.

This presents an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a lateral move to gain managerial experience in a clinical service or those aspiring to step into a management role.

Remote working of up to 2 days per week can be considered but flexibility with on-site days is a must.

• You must be a quick learner, proactive and able to problem solve
• must be strongly orientated towards service and staff improvement
• Ability to remain confident and calm under pressure
• Intermediate to advanced IT skills in all Microsoft packages

Candidates must be able to multi-task numerous jobs each day and be flexible with their approach to work and adapt to competing and changing demands in our fast-paced environment.
