Are you an accomplished EA with a proven track record of supporting senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments such as Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Management Consultancy?
A prestigious, mid-sized private equity firm in Mayfair is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a key Partner. This individual plays a global, strategic role at the heart of the business, operating at a demanding pace with constantly shifting priorities.
This is a role for an EA who thrives under pressure, remains composed in high-stakes environments, and takes pride in adding real value. You'll be adept at anticipating needs, pivoting at short notice, and maintaining absolute discretion-particularly when assisting with occasional personal support tasks.
The Partner is looking for someone fully office-based to foster close collaboration, with flexibility offered when appropriate.
