About the Role We are seeking a skilled Senior Surveyor to join our dynamic team, dedicated to providing expert valuation insights across high-growth sectors within commercial real estate. Positioned within the Corporate Valuation Services team—recognized as a leader in corporate occupier valuation advice—you will engage in valuations spanning various specialized sectors, including data centres, life sciences, and compulsory purchase. This international role will see you handling assignments across EMEA and beyond, offering opportunities to travel for inspections and client meetings. Key Responsibilities Conduct valuation and advisory work with senior team members for purposes such as loan security, accounting, fund reporting, and investment. Perform property inspections and assist with complex assessments. Manage opportunity records through to execution. Execute technical due diligence and review valuation data updates. Select comparables, conduct analyses, and draw well-supported conclusions. Perform valuation modelling, including DCF modelling, and support complex valuations. Deliver consistently high-quality advice, maintaining close client communication. Prepare detailed valuation reports. Assist senior team members with business development activities, including RFPs and pitches. Gather market intelligence and assist senior colleagues in additional value-add activities. Mentor and support junior team members. Flexibly support cross-sector and divisional services as required. About You Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or related field; MRICS qualified (or equivalent) with at least 18 months post-qualified experience. Expertise : Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, proficient in valuation software (e.g., Argus Enterprise, Excel). Analytical Skills : Proficient in reporting and data tools, highly attentive to detail, and strong in analytical skills. Industry Knowledge : Understanding of property market trends, valuation regulations, and standards. Communication : Excellent written and verbal skills, with proven ability to build client relationships and collaborate effectively. Personal Attributes : Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements : Valid UK driver’s license.
