The school is known for its strong academic focus, positive learning culture and well-established behaviour systems, providing a calm environment where both staff and students can thrive. Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured Geography lessons across KS3
* Setting high expectations and supporting students to achieve strong progress
* Contributing to the collaborative and reflective culture of the Humanities team
* Maintaining excellent classroom management and consistent routines
* Participating in department initiatives and ongoing curriculum development
What you'll need to succeed
* A UK-recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
* Recent experience teaching KS3 Geography
* Someone who is engaging, and approachable
* A teacher who can support students who need extra help and make lessons inclusive
