 
        
        Due to significant growth in sales and particularly the eCommerce channel, Bladez Toyz is looking for an enthusiastic and organised National Account Manager to support our Sales Manager and drive forward our business to achieve ambitious growth targets over the coming years. The role involves day‑to‑day administration of the Amazon business as well as managing a portfolio of UK key accounts.
Role & Responsibilities
 * Manage a portfolio of key UK accounts such as The Range, Very, Home Bargains, Rymans and Hamleys.
 * Meet regularly with buying teams to preview new ranges and build and execute joint business plans to maximise sales.
 * Plan ranges, prepare quotes and complete new line forms for all customers as required.
 * Upload images and product copy to retailer portals to ensure retailers always have the most up‑to‑date images and videos.
 * Report on key metrics such as ROS and ROI, and develop additional reports as requested by the Sales Manager and CEO.
 * Create bespoke range presentations and arrange product samples for customers.
 * Plan business alongside the Sales Manager to ensure continuous growth over the next 3–5 years within the UK market.
 * Identify and pursue new business opportunities as agreed with the Sales Manager.
 * Represent the company at trade shows and support the Sales Manager as required.
Amazon Business Responsibilities
 * Create, regularly update and maintain product listings, ensuring they meet Amazon’s guidelines and optimizing titles, descriptions, images and keywords to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
 * Liaise with internal teams to upload images, A+ content, translations for EU markets and other assets to Vendor Central and Seller Central.
 * Analyze sell‑through data on Vendor Central, build robust forecasts for DOM stock and set up and manage AMS campaigns.
 * Oversee Amazon case management and troubleshoot any issues with product listings.
 * Plan and implement promotional campaigns, review programs, vouchers and strategic plans for key events such as Prime Day.
 * Manage FBA/FBM stock levels for the agreed range and process the weekly Vendor Central orders as needed.
 * Set up and manage a Direct Import program for EU5 and other countries as required.
 * Manage the P&L for the Amazon business, reviewed quarterly with the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
 * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role.
 * At least 1 year’s experience working on Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central; experience of other online platforms such as eBay or Shopify is an advantage.
 * Experience in a NAM or NAE role with previous experience of discounters, high‑street and online retailers is essential.
 * Knowledge of the UK retail landscape and fast‑moving toy/licensed categories.
 * Experience managing promotional budgets is an advantage.
 * Understanding of the Direct Import business model, sourcing awareness and forecasting experience (DOM and DI/FOB).
 * Strong numerical and analytical skills with a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
 * Strong attention to detail and a flair for problem‑solving.
 * A passion for the industry, enthusiasm, energy and determination.
