Overview
My client is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and consulting on diverse construction projects within the office space, industrial, and life science sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with clients and contractors, manage office space construction, and contribute to the successful delivery of consultancy services. The salary is negotiable depending on experience, with candidates considered from Graduate to 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage multiple construction projects within industrial and life science sectors.
2. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet and exceed client expectations.
4. Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality checks to ensure project compliance with regulations and standards.
5. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders.
6. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that embraces diversity and promotes equality.
Day-to-day
* Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to project teams.
* Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
* Strong understanding of office space construction and its unique requirements.
* Demonstrated success in client-facing roles and managing complex construction projects.

* Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate responsibilities effectively.
