Based within one of our clients who we have worked with for over 15 years, the Customer Onboarding Advisor will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to their customers. You will act as a trusted point of contact, supporting customers through their onboarding, ensuring their documentation is accurate, and offering clear guidance on services, products and solutions. Working as part of a highly motivated and supportive team, the Customer Onboarding Advisor will contribute to a culture that values collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
