They deliver responsive, high-quality IT solutions to 400+ sites nationwide, and pride themselves on exceptional customer service and long-term client partnerships. This role is ideal for a confident, customer‑focused engineer who enjoys variety, ownership, and hands‑on technical work.
What you’ll do
* Lead and deliver new installations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects
* Provide expert on‑site and remote technical support
* Troubleshoot complex networking issues and maintain system performance
* Implement robust network security and apply patches/firmware
* Plan capacity, optimise performance, and support future growth
* Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal best practices
* Maintain accurate documentation, diagrams, and reporting
* Support project management, scheduling, and cross‑team collaboration
What you’ll bring
* 4–5 years in a similar role
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Proven experience with
* Networking & security (TCP/IP, Fortinet firewalls)
* Backup, DR, and general infrastructure management
* SQL experience is a bonus
