We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor.
As our Customer Service Advisor, you will be passionate about helping people and will be part of a team that values great service and delivers a professional, friendly and solution focused service
As the first point of contact you will handle a range of enquiries across multiple channels, providing accurate advice, arranging effective waste solutions and ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email and live-chat in a friendly and professional manner
Use questioning and listening skills as well as knowledge of the system, to get to the root of each customer's query. Investigate further, if necessary, ensuring you call them back within the agreed timescale
Identify the most suitable waste solution and capture all the relevant details from the customer in the system in an accurate and efficient manner, processing payments when required
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience adhering to the Company's procedures and escalate where appropriate
Proactively seek opportunities to effectively upsell packages to customers, making them aware of promotions and reinforce the benefits
Making sales and processing payments when necessary
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service delivery
Take ownership of own performance and be aware of personal performance against targets
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with training and supporting new start employees in contact centre
Complete tasks as required and support other departments within the business when requested to do so. (e.g. POA, prior notice calls, driver paperwork)
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell relevant products and services, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
