You'll work closely with the COO, Head of Commercial Finance, and operational teams to ensure robust financial control and compliance with Sodexo's policies.Key responsibilities include:Managing transactional finance processes and maintaining accurate SAP records.Producing monthly management accounts, forecasts, and financial reports.Supporting the development of budgets and variance analysis for business reviews.Ensuring strong financial controls, particularly around purchasing, billing, and cost allocation.Collaborating with internal stakeholders and Sodexo's offshore Finance Shared Service Centre.Supporting audits and assisting with external reporting requirements.Providing ad hoc financial analysis and advice to drive commercial performance.About YouWe're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to build relationships across teams.
