Job Description Joining Culina Group on a 12 Month, Fixed Term Contract, as a HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in your allocated business area, offering advice and support to colleagues, managers, and senior stakeholders as part of the wider HR team.
The HR Business Partner's key responsibilities will include:
Day-to-day generalist role, business partnering managers and other senior stakeholders in the business
Case management – advising & supporting grievance, performance, disciplinary, and absence-related matters, coaching and developing stakeholders in the process
Delivery of the group-wide HR strategy
Managing employee relations issues related to change, particularly proactive management of relationships with employee representatives and trade unions
Supporting the business with the development and delivery of people plans across multiple units
Influencing the development and implementation of HR policies and processes to meet business needs
Ensuring performance management processes are in place and effective
Managing tribunal proceedings with ACAS intervention as required
TUPE management
Qualifications CIPD Qualified
Experience advising on HR matters (grievance, disciplinary, performance management, absence)
Experience managing cultures and implementing change proactively
Ability to build trust, respect, and openness
Problem-solving skills, utilizing systems and expertise for the benefit of the business and employees
Proactive, can-do attitude
Experience working in logistics
Full UK driving license and ability to travel
